HERE ARE THE DIFFERENT "TCP" LICENSES
FOR DIFFERENT CHARTER BUSINESSES

LET US HELP YOU!  TCP Licenses, in general, in their various "letter designations" allow you to provide pre-arranged charter services. TCP Licenses allow for "single-load" exclusive charter services: you transport one person or one group per vehicle per time or per mile. There are two general groups of TCP Licenses:

1. "Common Carriers" serve the general public; and;

2. "Specialized Carriers" only serve business firms, governmental agencies, and other organizations but not the general public.

3. However, TCP-S or A allow you to provide "Roundtrip Sightseeing Tour Service": this is the only case that allows you to charge per person fare per roundtrip.

TCP-##-( All TCP) to serve everybody as Limo, Charter, Livery, Group-Tours, Car-for-Hire, or other point-to-point, "pre-arranged, exclusive, single-load, charter" service. TCP A or B has no limit to the size of vehicle you may operate.   TCP-P is limited to a maximum passenger capacity of 14 + the driver. TCP A and B are certificates; no passenger limit, and may be sold to another owner. TCP P is a Permit, and cannot be sold. CUSTOMER DECIDES WHERE TO GO..   Our charges start at $0.... TCP-##-C allows you to transport participants and  equipment bound for River-  Rafting, Kayaking, Hot-Air  Ballooning, Sky-diving, and  other extreme sports and  adventure tours. TCP-C has  no limit as to the size of  vehicle you may operate. TCP C is a certificate; and may be sold or transferred to another owner.  YOU DECIDE WHERE THE EVENT TAKES PLACE......                  Our charges start at $ 0.... OR GO HERE FOR TCP-C ►	TCP-##-( S or A ) for "Roundtrip Sightseeing  Tour Service" business.  TCP-A or -S has no limit  to the size of vehicle you may operate.  TCP-A is a certificate  and may be sold or  transferred to another owner. TCP-S is a Permit, and cannot be sold. Roundtrip allows you to take unrelated parties in the same vehicle to/from your chosen places of interest and you charge per person per roundtrip. YOU DECIDE WHERE TO GO OR WHAT TO SEE...    Our charges start at $0.... OR GO HERE FOR TCP-S or A ►	TCP-##-Z  allows you to provide transportation  that is incidental to your  primary business (say  Child Daycare); and, or to get "contract" with casinos,  hotels, other business  firms, governmental agencies, school or transit districts, farm-labor, and other exclusive contract. TCP-Z has no limit to the size of vehicle you may operate. TCP Z is a Permit that cannot be sold or transferred to another owner.
